Can you ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii?

We are only able to ship to mainland USA at this time.  we can not ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.

I would like to use one of your products but I have a special provision, can you help me?

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

We’re sorry, but we can only ship to a valid street address.  If you provide a P.O. box at checkout, you will be contacted for shipping information after checkout.

Can I purchase over the phone?

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to accept phone payments.  Paying online is much more secure.

Do you offer express shipping?

We are currently only able to offer ground shipping via UPS, USPS, or FedEx which will be determined at the time of shipment.

What methods of payment are available?

Customers can pay securely online via PayPal.  A PayPal account is not necessary to complete your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We’d be happy to accept back any unused dock products at any time for a full refund of the purchase price.  Check out our Zero Liability Return Policy for more details.
